We recommend you working your way up to doing these exercises 3 days a week. This is a simple way to keep your body firm and doing them will help give you the endorphin release that comes with exercise. You can knock out these 7 exercises in less than 15 minutes, so up off the couch!
Here are 7 Simple Exercises we recommend:
1) Step Ups - 10 Reps/Leg
2) Squats - 20 Reps
3) Push Ups - 20 Reps
4) Speed Skater - 2 Minutes
5) Mountain Climbers - 1 Minute
6) Alternating Lunges - 10 Reps/Leg
7) Burpees - 10 Reps
